Chiara Andolina Chef/hostess Born in 1992, Chiara was born and raised in Palermo, Sicily. Being born and raised on an island has certainly fuelled her passion for the sea and good food. Her cuisine is mainly Mediterranean, rich in the flavours of her homeland. She loves to make her guests try always different dishes, stimulating their palates with simple but tasty recipes, prepared with seasonal ingredients. A constant in her cooking is definitely the presence of vegetables, often combined with fish and meat, with sometimes creative combinations without betraying tradition. Her passion for vegetables also makes her an expert in the preparation of vegetarian dishes. What she loves most about this job is making guests feel good, ensuring that they enjoy their stay on board in the best possible way. She also loves preparing cocktails, having worked as a bar lady in several bars in her city. She therefore enjoys pampering guests with quality and sophisticated cocktails. She has taken a sailing course, and enjoys making long crossings with the engine off. For her, the sea has always been a cradle in which she can fall asleep rocked by the waves, having been born and raised there, which is why she decided four years ago to stop using her law degree to pursue this path. She speaks Italian and English and has the following qualifications: STCW - Haacp - Eng1
